Hantu Port is the only real chunk of dlc to bee released and I'd assume it's its own thing in the dlc list like every other map and thus doesn't tie to Expansion 1 the item. Gold Edition I'd assume is in the same boat. I am unable to resume it. If I go to the game on the PS Store, it says "Start" instead of "Download" implying it is already installed , but attempting to start it gives the expected "not installed" error message.
